Schwing System ("the App") is an internal operations tool provided by our company for use by authorised employees and operational staff only. By using the App you agree to these terms.
Authorised use
Access is granted to authorised users for internal business purposes: job scheduling, fuel reconciliation, HR and benefit records, and job acknowledgements. You must keep your login credentials confidential and use the App only for its intended purpose.
WhatsApp notifications
The App uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to send job notifications and receive acknowledgements. By using the App with a registered phone number, you consent to receiving these operational messages.
Acceptable conduct
- Do not share access with unauthorised persons.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the App.
- Enter accurate information into the App.
No warranty
The App is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
