Schwing System ("the App") is an internal operations tool used by our company to manage job scheduling, fuel reconciliation, staff records, and job acknowledgements. The App is not offered to the public. Access is limited to authorised employees and operational staff.
Information we collect
- Staff and driver names, roles, and employment details needed to run operations.
- Phone numbers, used to send job notifications and receive acknowledgements over WhatsApp.
- Job, vehicle, delivery order, and fuel statement records.
- Messages exchanged through WhatsApp relating to job dispatch and completion.
How we use information
- Scheduling jobs and notifying assigned staff.
- Collecting job acknowledgements and completion confirmations.
- Reconciling fuel and delivery records.
- Managing HR and benefit claim workflows.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
WhatsApp messaging
The App sends and receives messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Message content is used only to dispatch jobs, confirm acknowledgements, and record completions. Delivery of these messages is handled by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention and security
Data is stored in our managed database and retained for as long as it is needed for operational and record-keeping purposes. Access is restricted to authorised users through account login.
